Dust all horizontal surfaces of desks, chairs, tables and other furniture.
Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces with disinfectant.
Mop all hard floors with disinfectant.
Remove cobwebs from front entry and immediate surrounding areas.
Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and door frames.
Clean automatic glass doors inside and out.
Wipe all internal glass.
Collect all garbage, papers, bottles etc. from front entrance.
Clean all glass inside & outside with squeegee.
Spray buff all hard floors.
Kitchen, Breakroom & Toilets
A clean and sanitized washroom is a must in any working environment to ensure safety and reduce the risk of spreading germs. Same thing goes for a kitchen or break room where employees eat. Our office cleaner would do the following :
Stock toilet tissue, hand towels, facial tissues and hand soap.
Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and disinfected on both sides and disinfected/sanitized and wiped dry.
Mop clean restroom and kitchen floors with disinfectant.
Clean and polish mirrors.
Wipe down doors and sills – remove all dust and prints.
Remove garbage from all areas.
Clean and sanitize all basins. Polish all bright work.
Empty waste receptacles and wipe if needed and replace bin liners as required.
Dust partitions, tops of mirrors and frames.
Remove splash marks from walls and partitions around basins.
Mop clean restroom and kitchen floors with disinfectant.
Elevator and Stairs.
Polish all brass and bright work.
Wipe hand towel dispensers/hand dryers.
Vacuum and mop all hard floors.
Spot clean internal glass in doors.
Event Cleaning
Ensure Arena including doors, windows and walls are permanently clean.
Arena floor to be cleaned in between events.
All toilets and bathrooms upheld to highest cleaning standards.
Check external areas for rubbish.
Dispose of all waste in line with recycling policy.
Ensure all kiosks and bars are cleaned after event.
Complete external check of the building daily ensuring all red ways and allocated carparks clear of rubbish.
Ensure the arena and surrounding areas are always event ready.
Report any general maintenance issues.
Ensure all concourse kiosks and bars are constantly inline with company cleaning standards.
